The Energy Healing Sanctuary was established in 1996 offering training and therapies. I have gained an excellent reputation in the North East for providing an effective and gentle method of healing.
I offer the following therapies:-

- SourceSTAR (formerly known as Sekhem)

- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT -Tapping)

Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a gentle and powerful Japanese healing art and means "finger pressure" when translated. It is a method of gentle pressure, through touch, to re-establish the flow of energy and wellbeing.
SourceSTAR and Reiki Training in Aberdeenshire
Training in SourceSTAR and Reiki empowers you as an individual to take responsibility for your own healing and enables you to help other people on their healing journey.
I offer courses in SourceSTAR and Reiki and healing from beginner to Master/ Teacher level. Courses are available throughout the year weekdays and weekends. Most people are aware of the benefits of Reiki while SourceSTAR, formerly known as Sekhem, is less well known but of a higher vibration.
